THE COLOR OF WORDS
The Color of Words was born as an art project exploring how we perceive language and colors, and how both can be transformed into tools for communication.
Its purpose is to stimulate creative thinking through direct experience, using colors and hands-on experimentation to better understand the relationship between perception, meaning, and expression.
It is a deeply subjective model, where each person can explore and shape their own sensations associated with words and colors, transforming them into a unique and personal representation of meaning.
This project brings together two fascinating worlds: semiotics, which helps us understand the meaning of signs and words, and the language of color, which teaches us how colors are created, how we perceive them, and what stories they can tell.
It is an invitation to listen more deeply to ourselves by getting our hands dirty with color.
The method can be explored individually or in groups, and there is no age limit for participation.
